Nasa Oval office ng White House ang presidente ng America at abala sa pag pipirma ng ilang mga papeles. May pumasok na isang heneral sa kanyang opisina.
“Mister President sir? “
“Yes? “
“We have an emergency situation sir.”
Napatigil ang presidente sa kanyang ginagawa at sumunod sa heneral.
“What seems to be the problem? “
“Colonel Sanders will brief you of the situation sir.” Lumapit ang isang opisyal sa presidente habang naglalakad sila sa isang hallway.
“Sir, 4 hours ago intelligence detected a hack in our multiple defense systems. At first we thought it was just a group of dumb college kids who are looking for something to brag off the net but after a couple of minute it disappeared. Then glitches started appearing like the whole system was being reprogrammed. Cyber divisions could not contain it and just 15 minutes ago we received a private broadcast by this man.. “ ipinakita ni Col Sanders sa phone nya ang picture ni Cifer Black.
“Who is this? “
“His name is Cifer Black. An international wanted terrorist and believed to be the founder of DRAKE organization. Right now he is still feeding a live broadcast in the conference room and requesting your presence sir.”

Pumasok sila sa conference room at naroon na ang ibat ibang representatives at officers ng Defense Department ng US. Sa dulo ng silid ay may isang malaking screen na may naka live feed at nagpapalabas ng Tom and Jerry cartoons.
“The President of the United States of America! “ sabay tumayo ang mga opisyal na naka upo at pinapalibutan ang isang mahabang lamesa.
“Take your seats gentlemen, ladies. And Bob please turn that monitor off.”
“Um sir, that’s the live feed right now. They are waiting for you and they’ve been showing that a couple of minutes now.” Wika ng isang Heneral sa gilid ng presidente.
“Okay so can we contact them and tell them I am here?”
“Ah mister president. Good morning sir.” Biglang may lumabas na tao sa screen. At si Cifer Black ito. Napatingin ang lahat sa monitor.
Umupo sa may dulo ng lamesa ang presidente at may nag on ng speaker phone.
“So you must be Cifer Black.”
“Indeed I am sir.”
“And to what do I owe this pleasure? “
“Mister president, I don’t like to waste time so I have to catch to the chase. My organization have infiltrated your cyber networking systems and I am already in control of it. Now, I mean no harm to your great nation and its populace and I only have one thing that I needed you to do.”

“I apologize mister Black but we do not negotiate with terrorists. We as a great nation of the world will not tolerate your actions. Now if…”
“It seems I did not made myself clear mister president. This is not a request. It is an order. If you do not comply with my demand then a grave consequence is coming your way. We have already bombed the UN Intelligence Division STING and now we have taken control of all your connecting defense systems. You have no idea what we are capable of mister president. So my advice? Stay out of our way.”
At naputol na ang live feed. Napa hawak sa noo ang karamihan sa loob ng silid at ang iba naman ay napa buntong hininga.
“Does anybody here managed to track their locations yet? And how to stop the hack? “
“CIA confirmed a location in France sir. An Op team is ready to move.” Wika ng isang heneral.
“Hold them for a while General. We need to be sure that we are clear of the hack first before we can proceed with the armed operation.” Wika naman ng secretary of Defense.
“This organization is not like the Islamic extremists we faced. They are much more organized and targets key branches with pin point accuracy. We need to plan this carefully.” Wika ni Col Sanders.
“Do we have a record of this Cifer Black? “ tanong ng presidente.
“Yes sir but we have only a limited record of him. His current datas on the books are dated 4 years late.” Sagot ng secretary of Defense.
“Okay, this is how we do it. Secure a safe communication network for our men. We need eyes and ears on the field and pull all known records of mister Cifer Black. I want to know more of who we are dealing with. Meanwhile, the rest of cyber division should organize a task force in repelling the hack. Put all borders on high alert. And make sure to monitor all known DRAKE activities. We need to find this man and we need to stop him NOW! “ utos ng presidente. At agad naman na nagsikilos ang mga tauhan nya.

Habang naka hawak si Gabriel sa kamay ni Aoi, ay mas lalo pa nya itong pinilipit at napaluhod na si Aoi sa sahig.

Nakatyempo si Gabriel sa gilid ng kalaban, hinawakan nya ang rifle at kasunod ay chinop nya ang leeg ng lalake. Napa atras ito dahil mahirapang huminga. Mabilis na tinulak ni Gabriel ang lalake palabas ng bintana at napahiyaw ito ng mahulog sa gusali.
Pagkalingon ni Gabriel kay Aoi ay nakatayo na ito at nakatutok ang isang maliit na handgun.

Ilang oras ang nakalipas at naka secure na ng masasakyan sina Gabriel. Plano nilang pumunta sa Germany kung saan binomba ang main headquarters ng STING. Habang nasa himpapawid sila ay kinakausap ni Gabriel si Alex sa isang laptop. Pansamantalang lumipat sa London ang STING, naroon ang lumang main base nila. Gustong malaman ni Gabriel kung paano nakapasok ang DRAKE sa gusali ng STING. Nireport na rin ni Gabriel ang nangyari sa Japan Branch nila at ikinagulat ito ni Alex dahil ayon sa records ay isang tapat na agent si Aoi Yanagi. Dahil dito, kinonek ni Alex si Director Krauss sa kanilang usapan.
“Is this line secure? “
“Yes director Krauss. I have separated our communication system to a backup satellite beacon.” Sagot naman ni Alex.
“Agent Marasigan, it is good to hear from you again. I find it hard to believe that director Yanagi is in fact working with DRAKE. Now that your team have been compromised, I cannot allow you to continue going to France. They will be expecting you.”
“I agree sir. But with all due respect, I also cannot allow Cifer Black to escape. They maybe expecting us but it will also be a high chance that we can meet him in person. And our main mission objective is to stop him.”
“Hmm so you’re planning to go into their trap. That’s suicide.”

“Alex, can you pull me a hard copy of her records? “
“Um why? “
“I just need to double check.”
“Okay, it may take some time but I will send it to you later.”
“What’s wrong Agent Marasigan? “ tila nag tataka si Krauss.
“It says here that Director Yanagi has a very impressive record and she is in the service for more than ten years. But I have some problems with some of the datas. They seem… inconsistent.” Sagot naman ni Gabriel.
“What do you mean? “
“The intervals of some of the dates on her awards are very short. I don’t know but miss Yanagi’s fighting skills and mental reflexes when we fought are too slow for her to get this high awards. And some of this missions she took, I was there. I remember two of this mission on her accomplishments, I was there and I cannot remember her taking part.”
